Tommy Lee Switches Back To Pearl Drums

It’s true – what goes around comes around.

Tommy Lee has changed his drum endorsement back to Pearl Drum Company after a very long relationship with DW. What’s more, Lee – known for his groundbreaking flying drum riser and often eccentric and always unique setups – will play one of Pearl’s new E Pro Live electronic/acoustic drum kits duringMötley Crüe’s upcoming summer tour.

Introduced last year, Pearl’s E Pro Live kit is built around wood shells and looks like a real acoustic kit, except for its Tru Trac electronic drumheads, which reproduce all of the intricacies a drummer hears when playing acoustic drums.

This should be interesting.
