Sean Rickman: Miles from the Gara

On the 20th anniversary of the death of Miles Davis, Garaj Mahal's drummer joins the legendary Marcus Miller, Wayne Shorter, & Herbie Hancock on a tribute tour.Multi-instrumentalist Sean Rickman has been featured with artists that include Steve Coleman, Maxwell, George Clinton, Meshell Ndegeocello, Angela Bofill, Phil Upchurch, Shawn Lane, David Fiucynski& Screaming Headless Torsos, Randy Brecker, Kai Eckhardt, George Duke, Regina Belle, and Dapp Theory.

Sean was most recently the drummer / lead singer of Garaj Mahal until he joined the quintet comprised of Herbie Hancock on piano, Wayne Shorter on saxophone, Marcus Miller on bass and bass clarinet, and Sean Jones ontrumpet.
