Pearl Percussionist/Songwriter Aaron Draper is currently on the road with R&B songstress Jill Scott.Grammy Award-winning R&B singer and actress Jill Scott is in the midst of a high charting radio single “So In Love”from her highly anticipated new album, The Light Of The Sun. She has just announced details and dates for the hottest party of the summer, Scott’s Summer Block Party, and it'll make stops at amphitheaters around the country beginning July 28th through August 28th.
Aaron says, "It's great working with Jill... we make great music as a unit and I also have the honor of having one of my songs ("I Love You")as a bonus track on her new CD which is available on iTunes." Aaron's skills as a songwriter can also be heard on Gospel artist Richard Smallwood's new CD “Promises“ slated to be released on July 19th.
Aaron is using a variety of Pearl Percussion for Jill's tour,"From percussion to drums, Pearl makes it all sound excellent! From my Marc Quionos Signature Timbales to the Bobby Allende Signature Congas, ICON Rack, and Pearl pedals, my sounds is always full and where I need to be every performance!"
